The Participatory Budgeting Center is engaged in research and educational work in the field of participatory budgeting in Russia and in the field of citizen engagement in budget processes abroad. The project participates in the project "Development of participatory budgeting in the regions of the Russian Federation in 2018-2020", under the agreement between the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the World Bank. We work with expert organizations, government and media.
